The Overgrowth 32x texture pack is another medieval-themed texture pack. Immediately after installing this texture pack, you will notice a wood-themed user interface. The textures in this texture pack are in 32 x 32 pixels, giving you an overall more defined detail. In the Overgrowth 32x texture pack, the changes in most blocks add an extra twist. Although this texture pack claims that it does not deviate too much from vanilla Minecraft, you would sometimes feel like you are playing a different game because of how far some blocks look compared to the original.
Right off the bat, you’ll notice how brown everything is in this world run with the Overgrowth 32x texture pack. In the vanilla Minecraft, the world looks greener, but in this texture pack, it’s different. You’ll also notice how grasses are taller than usual. You’ll also observe that veiny plants infest villagers just like your toolbar, giving you an eerie feel.
Talk about eerie
It is advisable to run right away when you see an enderman. In vanilla Minecraft, endermen are slender creatures with pink eyes. This model isn’t that scary if you ask most players. In the Overgrowth 32x texture pack, it’s different. Consider yourself lucky when you meet one with a stitched face. But if ever you see the variant that’s too far from the original, run! This enderman variant is sure to give you the chills. They have pink arachnid-like eyes and teeth like Mortal Kombat’s tarkatan race.
Like the enderman, most mobs and even inventory items were given new textures. Horses, chickens, and sheep now have variants that have different colors. Dead flowers infest creepers’ faces. Armors and tools get cool medieval-themed skins, especially the Netherite set. This set, when worn, makes you look like an executioner!
If you are a fan of a Minecraft world with a dreamy medieval vibe, then the Overgrowth 32x is your best pick.
